The Site is provided for informational purposes — learning about IndigoWave, our services, and our upcoming products. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site for spam or unsolicited marketing.

"IndigoWave," "IndigoWave Tech," and "Nexus" and the associated logos are marks of IndigoWave Tech LLC. 4. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services we use or participate in — including Calendly (scheduling), Substack (our newsletter), LinkedIn, Skool, and GitHub. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and linking to them does not imply endorsement of everything they host.

5. Newsletter

Subscribing to our newsletter through the Site submits your email address to Substack, which delivers the newsletter on our behalf under its own terms. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue. We may change the newsletter's frequency, content, or platform, or discontinue it, at any time.

6. Informational content — not professional advice

Content on the Site — including case studies, service descriptions, and resources — is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or security advice for your specific situation. Outcomes described in case studies are specific to those clients and are not a guarantee of results.

7. Services are engaged separately

The Site is not a service contract. Any managed services, consulting, or other engagement with IndigoWave is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site — including booking a consultation — creates a client relationship or any obligation for either party to enter one.

References to Nexus or other upcoming products describe work in progress. Features, availability, and timelines may change, and nothing on the Site is a commitment to release any product or feature.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndigoWave Tech LLC and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndigoWave Tech LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
